Counseling and Support Programs

Individual Counseling

  • For Teens and Adults

Small Theme-Based Groups:

For Teens: 14 - 18

Join us as we gather in a safe, comfortable space to explore resilience in the face of deep loss, specifically after the death of a loved one. Honor grief that is distinctly yours yet connects you to others as you forge a new path in life.

Using dialogue, a variety of creative arts, tried and true ceremony, as well as practical information, know you can be yourself within a sound place of belonging.

When: 8 Tuesdays: September 13 – November 8 (taking off October 18th)
Time: 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.
Where: 255 W. Napa Street, Suite M, Sonoma, 95476

I am happy to announce I will be co-facilitating both groups with Rachel Jaffe, MA, Clinical Coordinator of the East Bay Mindfulness Center.

“Discovering Identities: LBGTQ and Friends”

For Teens: 14 - 18

All teens welcome as we explore identity and creative living within a safe and supportive community. Expressive and creative arts, dialog, and guest speakers will make for a rich and meaningful time together.

When: 8 Tuesdays: September 13 – November 8 (taking off October 18)
Time: 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Where: 255 W. Napa Street, Suite M, Sonoma 95476

These are not drop in groups and we do everything possible to ensure your confidentiality.
